By rail
The nearest station is Cathays, which is two stops up the line from Cardiff Central station. Alternatively, get off at Cardiff Central railway station and change to a bus or taxi. For full public transport information, visit www.nationalrail.co.uk or www.traveline-cymru.info .

By air
Cardiff International Airport is 11 miles from the city centre. Coach and rail companies operate direct services to Cardiff Central Station from Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

By road from M4

  • Leave motorway at junction 32, head southwards on A470 and follow signs to Cardiff City Centre.
  • After about 3 miles you will drive over the Gabalfa fly-over. Carry straight on this road (North Road), staying in the left-hand lane.
  • After a further 1 mile you pass a block of flats on your left-hand side; at the traffic lights here, keep right.
  • At the next traffic lights, turn left into Corbett Road, and then first right into King Edward VII Avenue. The Temple of Peace is the second building on the right.

Visitor parking is not usually available at the Temple of Peace due to limited spaces, but meter parking is available throughout the Cathays Park area. Alternatively, the nearest pay-and-display car park is opposite the Temple of Peace on North Road.
