Over the 100 years since the First World War, Gwynedd and the Caernarfon Community have been at the heart of Wales’ stories reflecting the impact of war, and the search for peace. This trail has been put together by community groups and volunteers working with the ‘Wales for Peace’ project, and includes hidden histories, inspiring stories, interactive and educational resources for schools. Visitors without a Smartphone can download and print a bilingual copy of the Caernarfon Peace Trail visitors leaflet here.
Make the most of your visit to Caernarfon by exploring the beautiful walled town, via this ‘Remembering for Peace’ trail.
