This workshop aims to inspire young people to take climate action by being more sustainable with their clothing and avoiding fast fashion.

Join us at the prestigious Royal Stuart Workshops as we host our Changing Our Climate workshop for all those, whether in groups or as individuals, who would like support and a better understanding of how to be more sustainable with their relationship with the fashion industry. The event will offer attendees proactive tips to reduce their carbon footprint.
The event agenda is as follows:
- 6 – 6:15pm | Introduction and Ice breaker
- 6:15 – 6:45pm | A discussion on fast fashion and its effect on the environment.
- 6:45 – 7pm | Providing alternative eco-friendly fashion brands and sewing tips.
- 7pm | Poetry from the incredible Emman The Poet.
- 7:10pm | A live performance by Blankface.
- 7:30 – 8pm | Goodie bags and Networking.
The climate emergency is one of the many issues facing young people today. Climate action is a priority that begins with education and a commitment to adopt changes to how we live our everyday lives on our planet. Changing daily habits and being conscious of our environmental decisions enables us to transform our local communities and save our planet.
