Global Education Week, 17-24 November 2025
Global Education Week is an annual worldwide initiative every November, in which Wales participates by promoting global citizenship activities organized by Welsh government education services and civil society organizations, focusing on topics like the Sustainable Development Goals, human rights, and multiculturalism, with resources and participation encouraged for educators and students across the country.
Under the 2025 theme “Shaping a just, peaceful & sustainable future”, the call from the Global Education Network is to turn hope into action.
Young People’s Competition 2025
WCIA is coordinating a Young People’s Competition for 2025 open to contributors Wales-wide – schools, youth groups or even individuals.
