Join Hub Cymru Africa’s Head of Partnership, Claire O’Shea, as she meets Jon Townley, Welsh Government’s International Relations team and Head of Wales for Africa, as they discuss the Solidarity work of the Wales Africa Community.
They will also be discussing the Wales and Africa Grant and how charities in Wales demonstrate their “Benefit to Wales” through the grant scheme.
From the 16th to the 20th of May 2021, we are delighted to welcome a host of funders who will share the secrets of good grant writing directly with you. Over the course of the week, you will have a chance to join a series of webinars to hear hints and tips from expert fundraisers.
The aim of this week-long event is to give you and your organisation insight into the perspectives of professional fundraisers and the expectations of grant givers. This will help you strengthen your approach – from planning and developing projects to communicating about your work in a grant application or letter of appeal.
