First Exhibition of 2026 tour – Hidden Women Untold Stories by Artist Prith B

The Prith B, pop-up exhibition is on for just 4 days before it tours the rest of Wales. It includes paintings and sketches so you can see the artist’s process.

First Exhibition of 2026 tour – Hidden Women Untold Stories by Artist Prith B

The exhibition features portraits of 8 women and their story. Each come from a different cultural background, each are mothers, but their stories weave and interlink to form a picture of how life is for women today. The struggles they face, often silently, as they continue with their lives.

This portrait was created through a unique collaboration between the sitter and artist. Each woman had a say in how she was presented, what colours were used, what the message was within the art work.

The result is a deeply moving collection of portraits of women living today here in Wales.
