Do you know a young person who has made a difference in your school or community or who has inspired others?
Each year, WCIA and Academi Heddwch recognise the enterprising efforts of young people seeking to build a better world, through the Young Peacemakers Awards – bestowed at the prestigious Llangollen International Eisteddfod.
WCIA are delighted to share results of the 2025 awards here, alongside explanatory further information about the process below. The 2026 Awards will open circa March 2026.

The Welsh Centre for International Affairs (WCIA) and Academi Heddwch Cymru are working with the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod to celebrate children and young people who have contributed to peace, sustainability and equality in their school, youth group, local community or in the wider world.
